Abstract

The situation caused by the pandemic imposed drastic changes in social interaction, which changed human relationships, imposed physical barriers to communication and made people very lonely. The online school and sometimes the total lack of social interaction of children and adolescents left traces in their psycho-emotional state. The need for teenagers to interact came in stark contrast to the lifestyle of the past year. This has led to depressive and anxious states or to the exacerbation of those preceding the pandemic. I noticed much greater requests for advice in this regard and I followed in the dynamics the transformations of the psyche of adolescents, evaluating as deeply as possible their condition and looking for the best methods of improvement.
