Abstract

This research is focused on two representative plans that overlap , ie the personality and the communication staff. Communication is one who intercedes the educational phenomenon achievement as a whole, and teaching communication appears as a particular form, compulsory circulation of content determined specific act of systematic learning. We gave a wide space personality, for the following reasons: 1) adaptation of the relational style of the teacher 's age and individual peculiarities of the pupil / student requires knowledge of these features; 2) self-knowledge of the pupil / student is not only prerequisite to self-improvement , and information source for the knowledge of the teacher; 3) by default , we want to stimulate the teacher concern himself for knowing their own personalities. If we assume that the effect of educational action depends on the quality of staff , educator and educated, and the relationship between them, the sources related bottlenecks occurring mostly teacher-student relationship (aversive control , bias in the appreciation, lack of student's personality, discipline ensured only by prohibitions and requests) then can act knowingly in order to prevent bottlenecks that unlock information flow and influence formative professor-pupil/student constructive relationship.
