Abstract

The notary activity, the disciplinary violation is the offense under the law, committed by a public notary failure to comply with laws, regulations, statutes, code of conduct, mandatory decisions taken by the professional organization to which he belongs, and that act is likely to prejudice the honor and prestige of his profession that will attract a penalty proportionate to the offense committed. Public Notary can be held accountable for the manner in which they carry out tasks concerning the legality of legal relationships that you notes from exercising and protecting the interests of the persons to which calls for the conclusion of notarial acts.
