Abstract

Communication’s purpose is to picture out the way concept of the rule of law has developed throughout the history of juridical-historic thinking and what kind of theoretical development, including Romanian one, has been added in nowadays society, based on the observation of the human rights. Concurrently, there are sinthetically shown the political-juridic particular features of the rule of law, meant to express the core of the in question phenomenon.
