Abstract

In fact, we are dealing with business ethics, because intra and inter-relations between individuals and entities or subdivisions are the most outstanding features of the real economy system. We speak about the updated economics, thinking of a mixture between Economics and Political Economy, actually a humanized economic science. In this context, ethics is an interdisciplinary science, defining a complex system of principles, values, codes of conduita, based the specific philosophy and mission of a firm (entity, organisation), in order to ensure correct moral norms for the well-functioning of the entity, both inside firm’s structure and even in external relations with the environment (business and natural). For a better understanding of the role of ethics in business, it’s very important to know top management attitude and will, that is the the own managers’ actions and the policies addressed by the firm, leading to achive the proposed goals.
