Issues Concerning the Gradual Application of Juridical Standards in Time

Abstract

The gradual application of the juridical standards in time is governed by three distinct aspects, whose analysis is essential for identifying the law to be applied at a specific time. We shall look at the enforcement of the law, its annulment and the principles of applying juridical standards in time.
