Abstract

Preventive measures are some forms of coercion requiring the suspect or accused, not put obstacles in a normal conduct of a criminal or security requiring execution of the sentence, it prevents to evade prosecution, judgment or execution. Preventive measures are a variety of measures constraining criminal procedure which temporarily limit the rights of which are applied by the investigator, prosecutor, court (judge) against the accused (in some cases the suspect) for not enable them to evade prosecution by examining the case to trial and execution of the sentence, to prevent hindering establishment of the truth in a criminal case and further criminal activity.
