Abstract

Motivation is an internal, individual, introspective process that energizes, directs and sustains a certain behavior. Personnel’s motivation, from a human resources management point of view, is a personal “force” that determines certain behaviors of employees within the work process, their involvement in the production process, creation of professional, hierarchical, collaboration and inter human relations within the employee community ensuring cohesion around management but also strengthening organization. In this article we made an opinion poll to emphasize the main motivation factors of human employees in the services area, from the N-E Region, in the context of Romania’s integration in the European Union and access on the labor market in the European Union’s countries, but also of the economic-financial world crisis.
