Abstract

Our country crosses a critical period of crisis, with major effects for the investments and economical capacity and the capitalization of human resources, natural, material or financial resources. The current economic crisis integrated in the long economic cycle, which had begun at the last XX century and the beginning of XXI century, preparation the beginning of the new long term cycle of the XXI century. Starting with the main characteristics and causes which generate the crisis, the research reveals a few possible solutions that may be adopted in the regional anti-crisis strategy to improve the economical and investments capacity. The paper reveals the potential effects which the current crisis may generate for the middle and long term if the local community does not take the proper measurements for stopping the current crisis.
