Abstract

In today's society, quality is on top, being sought and analyzed by the individual in every element to which it relates. In this paper, quality analysis will be directed to a single institution, its services, and the way in which its quality satisfies the beneficiaries, but to see this we must first familiarize ourselves with those key words of the paper, which are the following: public service, quality, quality assurance and satisfaction of the beneficiaries.
