Abstract

This article discusses the complementarity/ antagonism of the qualitative and quantitative perspectives, from which some aspects of the qualitative paradigm are explored and bring into play for the organizational diagnosis.It reflects on the components and sequence of the decisions that are made throughout an organizational research based on the qualitative perspective, as well as the scope and difficulties that are faced.
