Az információs társadalom döntési tényezőinek szimulációja

Abstract

Napjainkra nyilvánvalóvá vált, hogy az információs társadalom kiépítése, amelyet az Európai Unió célkitűzéseibe foglalt, aktív kormányzati támogatást igényel. Csaknem minden országban kialakítottak már az átmenetet támogató, illetve meggyorsító programokat és akcióterveket. A stratégia kialakításához a döntéshozóknak figyelembe kell venniük a gazdasági-társadalmi környezet komplexitását és a lehetséges hatások sokféleségét is. Ezek a tényezők jelentősen megnehezítik a különböző intézkedések hatásainak előrejelzését. A jelen kutatás célja egy modell kialakítása a politikai döntéshozatal megalapozottabbá tételére. A modell segítségével az intézkedések hatásai előre jelezhetők, így a stratégiai alternatívák egymással összehasonlíthatóvá válnak. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O21.
