A K+F-tevékenység nemzetközi összehasonlítása országstatisztikák alapján
[An international comparison of R and D activity, based on national statistics]

Abstract

A szerzőpáros bemutatja, hogy a kutatás-fejlesztési tevékenység statisztikáik alap ján milyen módszerekkel rangsorolhatók az egyes országok. A kiinduló problémát az jelenti, hogy ahány mutató, annyiféle nemzetközi rangsor állítható össze, s egységes statisztikai módszerek hiányában teljesen önkényes lehet, hogy ezek közül ki melyi ket részesíti előnyben. A szerzők megoldásként főkomponens-elemzés segítségé vel, illetve genetikus algoritmussal meghatározott összetett rangsorokat javasolnak. A rangsorolásokat példák segítségével mutatják be, s ezek szemléltetésével hívják fel a figyelmet az adott módszer előnyeire, illetve hátrányaira.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: O00, O38.
