Abstract

Azok a nagytulajdonos vállalkozók, akik vagyonukat a privatizáció során szerezték, elõbb stabilizálták a növekedésben megtorpant vagy válságban levõ közép- és nagyvállalataik helyzetét, s ezután fogtak a termelési szerkezet átalakításába és a növekedés újraindításába. Az 1989 után többnyire kisvállalatokat alapító mai nagytulajdonos vállalkozóknak viszont a kiugróan gyors növekedés piaci és pénzügyi feltételeit kellett megteremteni. A sikeres stabilizációt, illetve a gyors növekedést követõ második szakaszban a két vállalkozócsoport és vállalataik mûködési feltételeinek különbségei fokozatosan csökkentek. A környezet kihívásaira adott válaszokat már egyre kevésbé az indulás, sokkal inkább a piaci viszonyok, a vállalati stratégia eltérései magyarázzák. Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: D23.
