The Role of Innovation Management and Technological Innovation on Organizational Effectiveness: A Theoretical Model

Abstract

The present study aimed to develop a theoretical framework toward innovation management, technological innovation, and organizational effectiveness through conducting a comprehensive review of literature, and empirical studies. Where the researchers developed a model designed to measure the impact of innovation management and technological innovation on organizational effectiveness, and the impact of demographic factors (gender, age, grade, and experience) on the effectiveness of workers. They also developed a survey questionnaire that will be distributed to selected sample study on the administrative staff at the Sultan Qaboos University in Oman in order to answer the research questions and test its hypotheses.
