El quinto Kondratieff: del paradigma de competitividad sistémica al capitalismo del tesorero

Abstract

Al inicio del presente paradigma tecnoeconómico se ofreció la posibilidad de una mejora mundial centrada en mejores prácticas laborales y de política económica. Sin embargo, el resultado ha sido una creciente concentración regional y personal del ingreso. Se establece una comparación entre lo que pudo haber sido y lo que fue el cambio./ At the early stages of the present technoeconomic paradigm it was offered the possibility of a betterment of worldwide living standards through better working and economic policy practices. Yet, the result has been an increasing regional and persona concentration of income and wealth. A contrast between the promise and the results is established.
