Abstract

El presente trabajó ofrece, en primer lugar, una visión global del renting (definición, características y fases), así como un análisis de las operaciones financieras relativas al cálculo del costo de esta operación, comparándola además con una operación de compra de un bien financiado mediante un préstamo bancario. En la segunda parte del estudio se presenta la evolución de este concepto en el continente europeo, haciendo especial referencia al mercado español.
