Bölgesel dinamikler ve sektörel etkiler bağlamında Türkiye’de KOBİ’ler

Abstract

Avrupa bütünleşmesi ve küresel bütünleşme hız kazandıkça AB içindeki bölge ve sektörlerin ekonomik performansları daha da önemli hale gelmiştir. Özellikle işgücü yoğun endüstrilerin hüküm sürdüğü bölgelerde, küresel ekonomi içinde yerel KOBİ’lerin rekabet ve yenilikçi güçleri bu bölgelerin ekonomik performansı için ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır. Konu AB’ye aday ülke konumundaki Türkiye açısından da önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada KOBİ’lerin politikalarına etki eden sektörel ve bölgesel dinamikleri belirlemeyi amaçlıyoruz. Bu çalışmada on iki ilde, yirmi beş organize sanayi bölgesinde, on farklı sektörde faaliyet gösteren toplam 1200 KOBİ ile yapılan anket sonuçlarına yer verilmektedir. Bu bölgelerdeki KOBİ’lerin politikalarını etkileyen sektörel ve bölgesel etkiler varyans analizi (ANOVA) ile incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar işletme politikalarının faaliyette bulunulan bölgeye veya sektöre göre farklılaşabildiğine işaret ederken, devletin sanayi politikalarının sektör ve bölge bazında çeşitliliğinin önemini vurgulamaktadır.
