Eğitim sektöründe etkinlik ve mekansal ilişkiler -Girdi tıkanıklığı, aylak girdi ve gizli işsizlik-

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 2001 yılında illere göre orta öğretim kurumlarında bulunan öğretmen, derslik ve ÖSS’deki başarı sayıları baz alınarak etkinlik analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca etkinliğin seviyesini açıklayan değişkenler analiz edilmiş, komşuluğun etkinlik yapısı üzerindeki etkisi belirlenmiştir. Benzer çalışmalardan farklı olarak etkinlik analizinden elde edilen girdi tıkanıklığı ve aylak girdilerin hem refah kaybını hem de gizli işsizliği ölçmek için kullanılabileceğini gösterilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre ortalama etkinlik düzeyi 0.692 olup GSYİH ve okuryazarlık düzeyinin etkinlik seviyesini açıklamada kullanılabileceği ve komşuluk ilişkilerinin etkinlik üzerinde etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir.
