Kalite fonksiyon göçeriminin özel hastanelerin poliklinik hizmetlerine uygulanması

Abstract

Yoğun rekabet ve hızlı değişimlerin yaşandığı günümüzde, hizmet sektöründe faaliyet gösteren hastanelerin verimli ve etkin bir şekilde çalışarak ekonomik yaşamlarını sürdürebilmeleri kalite anlayışını benimseyerek rekabet avantajı kazanmalarına bağlıdır. Hastane için rekabet avantajı kazanmak, hasta memnuniyetini sağlayacak, hastanın ihtiyaçlarına ve beklentilerine uygun hizmetler tasarlanması ile mümkündür. Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi, tasarım sürecinde müşteri ihtiyaç ve beklentilerinin karşılanmasına yönelik etkin bir yaklaşımdır. Süreç müşteriden bilgi toplamakla başlar. Müşterilerin ihtiyaç ve beklentileri rakiplerle karşılaştırmalı olarak belirlendikten sonra, elde edilen bilgiler Kalite Evi matrisine yerleştirilir. Bu çalışmanın ilk bölümünde Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi’nden bahsedilmiş ve daha sonra kalite evi matrisi açıklanmıştır. Sonraki bölümde ise Kocaeli ili içinde, seçilmiş, üç özel hastanenin poliklinik hizmetlerinin iyileştirilmesi amacıyla, müşterilerine yönelik yapılan bir anket çalışması ile ilgili bilgiler açıklanmıştır. Yapılan çalışmayla elde edilen sonuçlar Kalite Evi matrisine yerleştirilmiştir. Çıkan sonuçlar, yüksek bir hizmet kalitesi ile hasta memnuniyetini sağlamak için yapılacak iyileştirmeler ve sunulacak yeni hizmetler açısından değerlendirilmiştir.
