Abstract

Hisse senetlerinin işlem gördüğü yerler menkul kıymetler borsaları olup, bu pazarları değerlendirmede kullanılan yaygın ölçü endekslerdir. Hisse senedi endeksleri, hisse senetleri için birinci basamak değerlendirme kriteri olarak kabul edilir. Hisse senetleri dünya sermaye piyasalarında değişik şekillerde endekslere katılır ve hesaplanırlar. Endekste bulunan hisse senetleri endekse bir değer katarken, içinde bulunduklari endeksin popülaritesine de katkı sağladıklari muhakkaktır. Bu çalışmada dünya sermaye piyasalarındaki bazı hisse senedi endeksleri hakkında irdelemelerde bulunulacak ve belli başlı endeksler birbirleriyle kıyaslanacaktır
