Konsan A.Ş. üretim süreçlerinin IDEFO ile haritalanması ve süreç performanslarında gelişmelerin gözlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Konsan A.Ş.’nin kâğıt departmanındaki üretim süreçlerinin haritalanmasında IDEF0(Integration Definition for Function Modeling: Fonksiyon Modelleme İçin Bütünleşik Tanım) tekniği kullanılmıştır. IDEF0 faaliyete dayalı modelleme tekniğidir. IDEF0 grafik ve metinden oluşmakta, sürecin nasıl işlediğini anlamakta kullanılmaktadır. Süreç performanslarının ölçülmesi işleminde ENAPS (European Network for Performance Studies) kriterleri kullanılmıştır. Aynı zamanda Harrington seviye 5 süreç nitelik seviyeleri ölçülmüştür. Diğer bir deyişle, süreç performansları iyileşmeden önce ölçülmüştür. İşletmenin süreç haritaları çıkarıldıktan sonra, standart süre ile var olan süreleri ölçülmüş ve aralarındaki sapma nedenleri ortaya konulmuştur. İşletme içerisindeki üretim süreçlerinde katma değer analizi uygulanarak, katma değer eklemeyen süreçlerin ortadan kaldırılması ya da azaltılması için çalışmalar yapılmıştır. İyileşmelerden sonra, ENAPS ve Harrington kriterleri tekrar ölçülerek, iyileşmeler gözlemlenmiştir.
