Determining the relationship between organisational climate and perceived inclusion at workplace - an empirical analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand how the organisational climate contributes to shaping employees' perceptions about inclusion in the workplace. The study employed survey techniques using a structured questionnaire administered to 520 IT-ITES workers in Delhi-NCR. Only 250 responses were found eligible for further investigation after deleting the outliers and incomplete responses. Moreover, secondary data was collected from numerous research papers from various sources, like Google Scholar and Research Gate. The path coefficient study revealed that both diversity climate and inclusion climate had a substantial effect on predicting the feeling of inclusion among employees in the IT industry.
