Therefore, there is a need to design an appropriate human resource management to attract, employ, develop, and retain talented staff. The aim of this study is to propose a comprehensive model for talent management using a system dynamics approach. In addition, fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making method is used to assess the considered improvement strategies. The proposed model is applied to Iranian Falat-Ghare Oil Company. Obtained results indicate that talent management process plays a key role in the organisation's performance.
