Abstract

Under the practice of environmental discipline, the promotion of products that incorporate 'green design' has become one of the dominant trends among enterprises. Each component of a finished product is thoroughly examined to identify its ability to meet the standards of the green design principle. Moreover, customer feedback is allowed to play an important role in formulating the green environmental reduce, reuse, and recycle (3R) criterion for green design. Previous studies have focused on the discussion of the relationship between customer requirements and R%D, but they have rarely mentioned the 3R attributes. The consciousness of the customer has a fuzzy characteristic in that it is impossible to develop an idea of green design for the product based on this factor alone. This study proposes the construction of QFD, combined with the fuzzy membership function and other multilayer fuzzy quality function deployment QFD methods oriented by customer evaluation of their requirements, which has the largest influence on 3R-green design, thereby improving green design techniques. In this article, we use the industrial chain of Apple's iPod as an example.
