Abstract

The aim of this work is to investigate the impact of organisation's social capital on corporate entrepreneurship among middle management. Research tools included Nahapiet and Ghoshal's (1998) standard questionnaire for measuring social capital aspect and Aktan and Bulut's (2008) standard questionnaire for measuring corporate entrepreneurship aspect. Data was analysed using Smart PLS 2 software in two parts, measurement model and structural section. Results suggest a positive and significant impact of social capital on corporate entrepreneurship. Thus for corporate entrepreneurship activities, social capital especially cognitive, structural and relational capitals of the organisation's individuals should be focused and improved.
