The influence of Industrial Clusters' character on the growth of talents: an empirical research in four industrial clusters in China

Abstract

This paper examines the influence of industrial clusters' character on talents' growth. The sample of this study is gained in four industrial clusters in China. It proved that: the economy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on the talents' growth in the clusters; the HR policy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents' growth in the clusters; the culture of industrial clusters does not have a direct impact on talents' growth in the clusters; the living setting of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents' growth in the clusters; the HRM of companies in industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on talents' growth in the clusters; the culture and HR policy of industrial clusters has a positive direct impact on the HRM of companies in the clusters.
