Perfection of state regulation of the system of education

Abstract

The article shows results of analysis of the existing system of education with allocation of main problems of management. It generalises foreign experience of perfection of management of education. It proves that in order to develop effective managerial decisions it is necessary to model processes of reformation of education and management of them. Model of management reflects participation of main subjects that are involved into the education process. It substantiates expediency of application of the methodology of functional modelling for solution of problems of modernisation of education. It develops recommendations on perfection of the state regulation of development of the system of education in the period of its modernisation.
