Modernisation and increase of efficiency of higher education of Ukraine: content, problems, system effects

Abstract

The article reveals the most urgent problems of the content of the modern higher education. It substantiates tasks and measures for their realisation, directed at formation of the innovation system of content of higher education. It identifies system effects from formation of the innovation system of higher education of Ukraine. It proves a necessity of development of the strategy of development of higher school in the economy of knowledge, connected with fast changes in external environment and requirements of the Ukrainian society. It substantiates the proposal, resulting from analysis of the system of strategic plans in Ukraine and education system, of a necessity of formation of a common strategy, which contains measurable indicators, which are worked out in detail in specific projects - target programmes.
