Complex economic control of turnover of the company capital

Abstract

The article considers main issues and problems of building a system of complex economic control of turnover of the company capital. It studies views of scientists on various aspects of control of capital in Ukrainian companies. It justifies a necessity of a complex and system control of capital turnover. It proves that it is expedient to conduct the complex economic control in accordance with capital passage of its turnover stages, starting from its formation. The author determines that when conducting control of capital turnover it is necessary, on the one hand, to consider processes of its formation and development and, on the other hand, processes of its functioning, thus identifying genetic and functional components of the capital. It draws a conclusion, on the basis of the study, about a necessity of a complex economic control in companies and also about observance of sequence of stages of capital turnover when conducting control.
