Virtual company as a factor of increase of efficiency of business planning

Abstract

The article studies organisational and functional aspects of creation of a virtual company as a new organisational form of conducting business for the best satisfaction of customer needs. It justifies urgency of creation of virtual companies with the aim of increase of efficiency of business planning. It specifies main components of the process of realisation of a business project with creation of a virtual company. It identifies advantages of business planning through creation of a virtual company. It offers main directions of increase of efficiency of realisation of a business project through creation of a virtual company.
