The relationship between the labor potential of the company and staff competencies

Abstract

The reproductive cycle of labor potential, which consists of a phase of formation, distribution and using, is studied in this article. The stages that characterize phase of the labor potential formation at the enterprise are defined. The features of the labor mentality of workers are overviewed. The staff competencies are characterized and it is suggested to split them into six groups: planning, organization, motivation, control, behavioral and business ones.
