Abstract

Doctora en Economía Internacional por la Universidad de París X. Ha sido Fellow del Weatherhead Center for International Affairs (WCFIA) de la Universidad de Harvard. Bachiller en Economía de la Universidad del Pacífico (Perú). Actualmente es Secretaria Ejecutiva del Centro Peruano de Estudios Internacionales (CEPEI) e Investigadora del Centro de Investigación de la Universidad del Pacífico (CIUP) en Lima. Ha sido Coordinadora del Instituto de Relaciones Europeo- Latinoamericanas (IRELA), Madrid; Funcionario de la Comunidad Andina; Consultora del BID y otros organismos internacionales. Fue Coordinadora Nacional del Perú en la Iniciativa para la Integración de la Infraestructura Regional Suramericana (IIRSA), Asesora de Ministros de Relaciones Exteriores, Defensa y Economía de Perú y consultora de la Presidencia del Consejo de Ministros.
