Abstract

Technologies are applied daily in order to solve society problems. Technologies Allow quick responses to current market conditions. Firms have capabilities in the value chain to collaborate and compete with large corporations. E-commerce is the buying and selling of products or services through the internet, using electronic media such as cards credit, debit, transfers between bank accounts of companies, cash on delivery or check. The correct use of electronic media, the proper treatment, care and personalized customer support will be vital for the development of online industry. This research develops a strategic model to support Mexican companies over the Internet in a way that their use Information Technology solutions lead to success.
