Solution of the Problems of Interpersonal Relations in the Accounting Organization Process to Prevent Fraud and Strengthening of Enterprise's Economic Safety

Abstract

The majority of abuses in the company are based on interpersonal conflicts. The purpose of the article is to research and solution the problems with interpersonal relations during arrangement of accounting in order to prevent fraud and to increase economic security of the enterprise. Staff hazards and threats, which may arise irrespective of activities and the size of the enterprise, are classified. A set of preventive measures is developed in view to protect commercial secrecy at all staff movement stages in the enterprise based on the typology of interpersonal conflicts. Proposals presented in the article enable to arrange and take measures to protect commercial secrecy, facilitate prevention of fraud, corruption, unfair competition and illegal takeover, to ensure reliability of the personnel, to arrange competitive environment awareness procedure. It results in increase of efficiency of information support for the company's economic security management.
