Abstract

The Article covers the research for institutional preconditions for the formation and functioning of evaluators training system in Ukraine, finding ways for the improvement of its level and possibilities of universalization on higher school basis. Specifics of evaluators' training in Ukraine have been highlighted. The need for improvement of educational process for preparation of evaluators on the basis of higher school has been grounded expected benefits of special training of evaluators in universities have been defined. Taking into account the international experience and increasing demand of domestic markets, evaluation activity economic character and content the appropriateness of introducing a separate subject of 'Evaluation Activity' to train specialists and masters at higher educational institutions on 'Economy and Entrepreneurship' major has been proved. According to the authors, professional training of evaluators which provides for obtaining of specialized higher education does not require making significant changes into the order of regulating their business activities but rather distributes responsibilities of the education system and the authorities in conformity with the legislation and international experience.
