Abstract

Este estudio analiza el riesgo operativo en entidades de intermediación financiera (EIFs) bolivianas debido a conductas improcedentes de profesionales formados en universidades bolivianas. Se propone un modelo conceptual con varias proposiciones teóricas que exploran la relación entre la formación en valores durante la educación universitaria y las conductas en el ámbito laboral.
