Abstract

Die Tarifautonomie ist traditionell eine zentrale Institution der bundesdeutschen Wirtschaftsordnung. Allerdings ist die Reichweite von Branchentarifverträgen im Osten wie im Westen seit Jahren rückläufig, wobei das Ausgangsniveau in Ostdeutschland deutlich niedriger war.
