Abstract

Für erwerbstätige Eltern stellt die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie oftmals eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Davon sind Mütter und Väter gleichermaßen betroffen. Am Arbeitsplatz gibt es eine Vielzahl von Faktoren, die den Konflikt zwischen den beiden Lebensbereichen verschärfen oder abmildern können.
