Abstract

Die Anzahl befristet Beschäftigter wächst seit der Jahrtausendwende sehr stark. Mittlerweile erhält jeder zweite Arbeitnehmer einen Vertrag mit begrenzter Laufzeit. Dabei sind Frauen häufiger für eine verkürzte Dauer beschäftigt als Männer. Ein Blick auf Branchen und Berufe zeigt, wo abgekürzte Vertragslaufzeiten immer mehr in Mode kommen. (IAB)
