Abstract

"Bei arbeitsmarktpolitischen Aktivierungsmaßnahmen ist häufig zu beobachten, dass Frauen und Männer unterschiedlich stark gefördert werden. So nehmen Frauen seltener an einer betrieblichen Trainingsmaßnahme teil als Männer. Zudem gibt es Unterschiede zwischen Singles und Paaren. Die Frage ist, ob Aktivierungsstrategien für Frauen mit Partner die frühere Arbeitsteilung im Haushalt widerspiegeln - oder ob im Gegenteil Frauen aus Haushalten mit ehemals traditioneller Arbeitsteilung besonders stark gefördert werden."
