El Informe Económico-Financiero En La Ley De Residuos

Abstract

La Ley 7/2022 impone a los ayuntamientos el establecimiento de una tasa o tarifa que financie el servicio de recogida, transporte y tratamiento de residuos, las cuales habrán de ser específicas, diferenciadas y no deficitarias. La determinación y justificación del importe de las tasas o tarifas deberá plasmarse en un informe económico-financiero que incluya los costes directos e indirectos del servicio, los ingresos que genere y los módulos de reparto del coste neto entre los contribuyentes. Una de las principales novedades es la relativa a la introducción del pago por generación como elemento cuantificador.
