Financiación del Tercer Sector de Acción Social en España y en Italia a través de la «X solidaria»

Abstract

El trabajo analiza la financiación del Tercer Sector de Acción Social a través de la asignación tributaria del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas y su incidencia en las entidades locales. Parte de un estudio previo comparado del régimen jurídico establecido en España y en Italia, tras la aprobación del Código del Tercer Sector. Precisamente, se culmina con una propuesta de lege ferenda basada en la figura de la empresa social italiana y en la posibilidad de que el contribuyente elija la concreta organización a la que destinar su “X solidaria”, con un matiz corrector fundamentado en el principio de igualdad.
