Las Disposiciones Sobre Individualización De Rentas En El Impuesto Sobre La Renta De Las Personas Físicas

Abstract

El artículo expone, en un contexto de creciente individualización de las actitudes sociales y de las actividades económicas, si las reglas actualmente vigentes en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas (IRPF español) en materia de individualización de rentas, artículo 11 de la Ley 35/2006, de 28 de noviembre, del IRPF, resultan adecuadas a los nuevos entornos sociales, económicos y tecnológicos. Por otro lado, en medio de un teórico esfuerzo gubernamental por potenciar la igualdad de género, se considera necesario mejorar la adaptación del IRPF a tales principios, dado que las citadas reglas no se han actualizado, prácticamente hablando, desde 1989.
