Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza la oportunidad y conveniencia de la aplicación de la selectividad de facto no sólo en relación con las medidas fiscales adoptadas por los entes territoriales de los Estados miembros, prestando una especial atención a las incentivos fiscales adoptados por las Diputaciones Forales del País Vasco, sino también en relación con la práctica administrativa general de la Comisión.
