Efectos Fiscales De La Aplicación Del Nuevo Protocolo Sobre Los Privilegios Y Las Inmunidades De La Unión Europea A Los Funcionarios Y Otros Agentes De Ésta

Abstract

La entrada en vigor del Tratado de Lisboa conlleva una reforma del Protocolo sobre los privilegios y las inmunidades de las Comunidades Europeas, que pasa a convertirse en el nuevo Protocolo sobre los privilegios y las inmunidades de la Unión Europea, que se incorpora como Anexo al Tratado de la Unión Europea, al Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea y al Tratado constitutivo de la Comunidad Europea de la Energía Atómica. Esta reforma supone un momento normativo ideal para revisar la incidencia de dicho Protocolo en relación a nuestro Sistema impositivo, especialmente con respecto al posible tratamiento en éste de los funcionarios y otros agentes de la Unión Europea.
