Efekti Edukacije O Poduzetniå Tvu Na Poduzetniäœku Samoefikasnost, Poå½Eljnost I Namjere Studenata

Abstract

U nastojanjima poticanja gospodarskog razvoja te smanjenja nezaposlenosti i suzbijanja siromaÅ¡tva sve se viÅ¡e prepoznaje uloga poduzetniÅ¡tva. IstiÄ u se njegove brojne prednosti te se sve Ä ešće raspravlja o potrebnim poduzetniÄ kim kompetencijama i njihovom razvoju. Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati efekte edukacije o poduzetniÅ¡tvu na poželjnost poduzetniÅ¡tva, poduzetniÄ ku samoefikasnost i poduzetniÄ ke namjere studenata. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 48 ispitanika (eksperimentalna i kontrolna skupina), a mjerenje je provedeno prije i nakon edukacije o poduzetniÅ¡tvu. Rezultati pokazuju da polaznici nakon edukacije znaÄ ajno bolje procjenjuju svoje poduzetniÄ ke vjeÅ¡tine i sposobnosti, meÄ‘utim, na skali poželjnosti poduzetniÅ¡tva ostvaruju niže rezultate u odnosu na prvo mjerenje. U istraživanju su ispitivane razlike s obzirom na spol te je utvrÄ‘eno da u oba mjerenja studenti u odnosu na studentice ostvaruju statistiÄ ki znaÄ ajno viÅ¡e rezultate na svim koriÅ¡tenim skalama. UsporeÄ‘ujući studente/ice ekonomskih i neekonomskih usmjerenja utvrÄ‘eno je kako studenti/ice ekonomskih usmjerenja ostvaruju viÅ¡e rezultate na jednom aspektu poduzetniÄ kog potencijala (poduzetniÄ ka svjesnost) te skali poželjnosti poduzetniÅ¡tva, skali poduzetniÄ kih namjera i skali stupnja razvijenosti poduzetniÄ kih znanja, vjeÅ¡tina i sposobnosti.
