Abstract

In the age of Industry 4.0, it is essential to follow the developments in the field of quality management and to understand how to use digital technologies in process improvements. The importance of the study is to evaluate the effects of Industry 4.0 on quality management through the idea of Quality 4.0 for this goal. In the study, the history and characteristics of Industry 4.0, the concept of Quality 4.0, its dimensions, tools, and the effects of Industry 4.0 technologies on quality management practices are discussed. By reviewing existing studies on Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0, it is intended to summarize current opinions and analyze the information acquired from the investigations.
