Анализ Современного Состояния Строительной Отрасли В Российской Федерации

Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу современного состояния строительной отрасли в Российской Федерации. Цель исследования – рассмотреть текущее состояние отрасли с точки зрения оценки основных показателей деятельности строительных организаций, их распределение по уровню обеспеченности заказами и финансированием, сравнение федеральных округов по введению в действие общей площади жилых домов. Выявлены проблемы, препятствующие быстрому переходу отрасли на цифровые технологии. Показана зависимость производства стройматериалов в России от импортного сырья и оборудования из Европы и США. Научная новизна исследования заключается в обосновании мероприятий, направленных на повышение конкурентоспособности отечественного производства строительных материалов.
