Оценивание Неопределенности: Пересмотры Ввп России На Истории

Abstract

Статья посвящена оцениванию параметров неопределенности ВВП России на истории, возникающей вследствие пересмотров и уточнения данных со временем. Краткий обзор причин пересмотров позволяет сформировать понимание их необходимости и важности. В целях анализа предполагается, что неопределенность убывает со временем и происходит систематично, что отражается в гетероскедастичности в виде уменьшения стандартного отклонения пересмотров со временем и в автокорреляции в виде зависимости пересмотров в рамках одной публикации. Оценивание производится с помощью параметризованной ковариационной матрицы по методу Каннингема. В качестве примера визуализации неопределенности в данных в работе представлены веерные графики. Одним из применений оценивания неопределенности на истории является возможность калибровки параметров для фильтрации истинных значений ВВП, а также возможность уточнения неопределенности в прогнозе.
